1
How Full Are Your Well-Being Buckets?
We start by establishing that everyone has problems and it’s our response to the situation and not the situation itself that determines how we handle and overcome our problems.
We cover the 4 responses to dealing with a problem and the skills required for each response.
We cover the 3 Buckets of Well-being and participants complete an assessment to help them evaluate how full each of their three buckets are (physical, emotional and mental).
We wrap up with a one week ‘fill your bucket’ challenge where participants are challenged to do one tiny thing each day to fill each of their 3 buckets.

2
Getting Clear On What You Really Need.
In this module, participants will evaluate what they are currently doing to meet their needs and how effective these actions are.
Nisha will then lead them on a guided meditation to uncover what their needs really are right now and how they can meet them.
We will wrap up this module with a breathing exercise to help them transition from one task to another or one role to another with ease.
As homework participants will complete a one day time audit to help them identify how they can integrate these tools into their day WITHOUT adding more items to their to do lists.

Making Time To Meet Your Needs.
In this module we will evaluate how much time participants are currently spending filling their three buckets and if that’s more or less than what they currently need.
We will talk about how our environments must support our needs and how to buddy up with an accountability partner to help participants succeed.
We will go through the 4 ways participants can create more white space on their schedules and participants will create their Ideal Week Blueprint that will serve as a North Star when planning each week in a way that meets their needs. We will also discuss creating multiple Ideal Blueprints in case that better serves their current life and business environment.

An Introduction To Mindfulness.
We will cover the 3 Components of Mindfulness and the goals of adopting a Mindfulness Practice.
We will dive into The Mindfulness Rainbow which introduces participants to the 7 skills of mindfulness along with exercises to practice each skill.
Participants will receive the Mindfulness Toolbox, a gamified set of 45 short mindfulness exercises complete with a private podcast playlist to help them experiment with different skills and practices so that they can find the ones that work best for them.

Emotion Regulation: The Driver’s Manual To Owning Your Day.
In this module we will cover how to understand and name your emotions.
What emotions do for us and for our relationship with others.
How to decrease the frequency of unwanted emotions using 6 different emotional regulation skills that can be used anytime and in any situation to decrease emotional vulnerability and suffering.

Interpersonal Effectiveness: Working Successfully With Others.
In this module we will work on our skills of getting what you want and need from others.
We will talk about how to strengthen relationships and gracefully exit destructive ones or repair relationships that are damaged.
We will practice skills that allow us to walk the middle path - i.e. to create and maintain balance in relationships.
We will focus on three levels of interpersonal effectiveness: Objective Effectiveness or how to get what you want. Relationship Effectiveness and the 6 Levels of Validation. Self-respect Effectiveness - how to maintain our own self-respect within a challenging relationship
