The audience may change, but the intention behind

The audience may change, but the intention behind my work stays the same.

Whether I’m talking to students about emotion regulation, speaking to families in the recovery community, leading workshops for women entrepreneurs, or supporting employees through workplace wellness, each engagement is customized to meet the specific needs of the room.

Because a room full of students needs something different than a room full of parents, professionals, entrepreneurs, or employees navigating stress and burnout.

My own life experiences, combined with my professional background as a therapist, sobriety coach, and speaker, allow me to connect with a wide range of communities in a way that feels both grounded and real.

I understand that growth doesn’t look the same for everyone.

The language may change.

The tools may shift.

The stories may be different.

The purpose remains the same: to help people feel seen, supported, and equipped with tangible tools they can use in their real lives.

There are more opinions, more information, more pressure, and more uncertainty than ever before. It can be difficult to know what the “right” decision is.

Often, the work I do with parents starts with slowing everything down.

We look at your values, your family’s needs, your patterns, and the foundation you want to build at home.

From there, parenting decisions become clearer—not because they’re always easy, but because they’re rooted in something steady.

Parent coaching can help you move out of reaction mode and into more intentional, values-aligned parenting.

Meaningful change does not happen from information

Meaningful change does not happen from information alone.

That’s why my talks and workshops are designed to be interactive, practical, and deeply applicable to real life.

Yes, I teach skills, tools, and evidence-based strategies but the audience doesn’t just sit and listen.

They reflect.

They engage.

They practice.

They apply the tools in the moment.

Whether we’re working on emotional regulation, mindfulness, stress tolerance, boundaries, communication, or creating more balance, the goal is for people to leave with more than inspiration.

They leave with clarity on how the tools fit into their own life.

Because the most powerful part of a workshop isn’t just learning something new.

It’s realizing, “I can actually use this.”

That is where insight turns into action.
And action is where real change begins.

One of the most common parenting cycles I hear abo

One of the most common parenting cycles I hear about is this:

A child is melting down, and the parent immediately tries to reason, explain, correct, or teach.

It makes sense. We want them to understand. We want the behavior to stop. We want to help.
But when a child is dysregulated, they usually can’t access logic in the way we want them to. And when the parent keeps trying to reason, the child often escalates more.

Then everyone ends up dysregulated.
One of the most important steps many parents miss is this:

Regulate yourself first.

Then help your child regulate.

The teaching, explaining, boundary-setting, and lesson can come later—after everyone’s nervous system has settled.

Calm first. Connection next. Lessons after.
